A professional development ecosystem for the emerging psychedelic workforce — where beginners find direction and veterans find purpose in giving back. It operates as a living mentorship network spanning training, education, career pathways, and peer connection.

Build the psychedelic workforce: connecting beginners finding their footing with veterans ready to give back, through education, mentorship, and real professional development.

You're either just discovering the psychedelic space and trying to figure out where you belong and what paths exist — or you're a seasoned practitioner, educator, or advocate who wants to pass your knowledge forward and help shape the next generation. Both are essential here. Veterans bring mentorship, workshops, and lived expertise; newcomers bring curiosity, energy, and the willingness to grow. What unites everyone is a long-game orientation: you're not here for a transaction, you're here to build lasting relationships and a healthier, more professional field. If you want to teach, learn, co-work, get placed, or help place someone else — this community was built with you in mind.

Structured enough to feel safe for newcomers, open enough to honor expertise at every level — celebratory, collaborative, and built on the understanding that the field rises when people actively invest in each other's growth.

Body-doubling sessions, free education, paid professional development series, a broad mentorship network, and real career pathways — all designed to move people from curious outsider to confident, connected contributor in the psychedelic space.
